Canceling an order can be done within three days following the day of issuing the order.
Regarding a consumer purchase you have a cooling-off period of 14 business days during which you can return the article without stating grounds or reasons, starting on the day of delivery (with the exception of specifically personalised articles).
You have to inform us in advance that you would like to return or exchange an article, by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org . A confirmation including the return procedure will be sent to you within one business day (Monday till Friday except Sunday and national holidays).
The article can only be returned when unused and in the original packaging and only when Retromantiek has been informed (refer to General Conditions). Labels must be attached and make sure to use the undamaged original packaging. Upon having informed Retromantiek we will send an e-mail containing the appropriate return procedure.
Retromantiek will refund the complete purchase price (when you have already paid) except the shipment costs. As a customer you are responsible for the costs of the return shipment.
All cancellations, exchanges and return shipments need to be done in writing (through e-mail or letter) to Retromantiek. Make sure to include your full name, account number with IBAN and BIC/Swift, and the order/invoice number.
Attention: Retromantiek will refund the money to the used payment method. Paid amounts will be refunded within 30 days.
We cannot take responsibility for missing return packages. As a customer you are responsible for the appropriate packaging and returning of the articles.
